It's here, where I worship

It's not about the prayer room or the altar I am knelt at. It's not about the devoted passionate worshippers standing by me singing on the top of their lungs. It's not about the flashing lights or the best kept drum beat. It's not about the way the Word is delivered that awakens me. And it's not about the name of the church that invited me.

It's about the surrender. It's about the connecting. It's about the vulnerable act of lifting praise to the one so deserving. It's here, where I experience freedom. It's here, where I delight in communion with my Heavenly Father. And It's here, where all the churchy lingo drops and my faith becomes strengthened. 

It's here, where I worship.
